Dear Artzy Haven family,
2020 has handed us life changes that we never would have expected. Uncertainties. Uncharted waters. Changes every day, sometimes every hour. And the year isn’t over yet. That is why we have decided to make some changes for our November crop.
The good news is: WE ARE STILL HAVING THE CROP!!
The event will be Thursday Nov. 5 through Sunday November 8. The cost will remain the same. We will be have the VIP Thursday and will still hold limited classes and offer prize giveaways. That being said some of these may change as we plan and make our way through these weird times.
In order to better protect all of our Artzy family and friends, and ensure we can have the event, we will be hosting it AT ARTZY HAVEN!!
Our beautiful downtown building offers over 3000 square feet of scrapping space, great lighting and shopping RIGHT there. It also offers us the opportunity to lock our store and your supplies in a secure facility each night!
Since we are not sure what the pandemic will bring in November, we feel this is the best option to allow us to prepare for the event. This also gives each of you assurance that we plan to take precautions to clean and sanitize the location, as well as maintain social distancing guidelines.
*PLEASE NOTE: Registered Yearly Members of Artzy Haven get first opportunity to attend, then Scrappers who registered and paid for the past March event.
*PLEASE NOTE: We plan to limit the event participants so we encourage you to contact the store to reserve and confirm your spot. That means that when we reach capacity the event will be CLOSED!
*Attendees will have their own 6ft table to scrap at.
*Some participants will be seated in lower level Studio. Brand new LED lighting and the bar is in the basement 🙂 We will have people available to assist those to carry your items down the stairs. IF you absolutely can not make a trip up and down the stairs please let us know that so a space on the main floor can be reserved….
*If you already know you plan NOT to attend the fall event please contact the store at or 402-606-4600 so we can roll your reservation to the spring event, offer a refund or in store credit. Please be prepared to let us know which one you chose.
*No food buffets or catering will be allowed. Scrappers will be able to bring their own food in. Downtown Columbus offers many options for food including take out, dine in and delivery.
*AS OF NOW, masks are optional, but are recommended while away from your table.
*If you request a refund or roll your reservation to the spring event you will NOT receive a fall event shirt only those actually attending the event will receive a shirt.
*We will work to follow the East Central District Health Department pandemic guidelines. Crop details will be adjusted/updated as needed.
*Since they have been great hosts in the past, we recommend hotel rooms be reserved with the Ramada in Columbus. 402-835-4350.
We look forward to hosting all of you! While we know this is a trial run at the store, we had great success during a recent in-store crop. The women loved being able to park right at the door, wheel their wagons in and spread out at their work area.
We miss our Artzy family and hope to see many of you in November!! In the meantime, come and enjoy our Artzy location at 2422 13th Street., in downtown Columbus.
